Blue Sky Renewable Energy

For more than a decade, our Blue Sky Renewable Energy program has expanded the amount of renewable energy available in Utah’s power grid.

Blue Sky has supported more than 100 renewable energy community projects since the program’s inception in 2006.

As a Rocky Mountain Power customer, wattsmart helps you find ways to save energy and money. In fact, nearly 90% of the additional energy Utah will need over the next 20 years will be met through its energy efficiency measures. That means even as the population grows, everyone’s future energy needs can be met without the added expense of building a new energy plant. That saves money and resources.
